For the three years until July 2024 I was Deputy Editor of Supper, a B2B print magazine for the luxury hotel food and drink sector. In addition to commissioning and editing each issue, I contributed regular articles, ranging from restaurant reviews to longform features and interviews with the world's best chefs.
