Since 2021 I have been Deputy Editor of Supper, a B2B print publication for the luxury hotel food and drink sector. In addition to commissioning, editing and designing the magazine, I contribute several articles to each issue, ranging from restaurant reviews to longform features and interviews with the world's best chefs.
